Patient Portal
The TruPoint Physicians Patient Portal is a free service offered to our patients which provides secure access to portions of their individual medical record. Each adult patient will have their own portal.
Our patient portal is provided through Healow, a company associated with our electronic medical record. Sign-up to your portal can only be accessed through Healow. Once you access your portal, you will be able to see portions of your medical records from TruPoint Physicians.
How to set up your account:
You provided our office with your email address. You should receive an email from us that gives you instructions on signing up for your portal through Healow.
You can begin access to your portal by computer at healow.com or the Healow phone app by downloading the Healow app from your app store. The app is free.
In order to locate the TruPoint Physicians’ practice, you will need the following practice code: EBGBDD
Follow the instructions either on your computer or the Healow app to complete setup of your portal.
